MSI and Blizzard relaunch their collaboration on World of Warcraft: Midnight

A few hours ago, the World of Warcraft: Midnight expansion was unveiled at Gamescom. MSI and Blizzard took advantage of the occasion to re-launch their collaboration with a double-edged community operation. As part of a competition, players are invited to choose a side – Light or Void– to guide the aesthetics of a future MSI graphics card. Of course, each vote also serves as an entry into a draw for a chance to win a special edition graphics card in the extension’s colors. To take part, all you have to do is vote on the official event page, or comment on social networks by adding #VOID or #LIGHT as well as #MSIxMIDNIGHT. The campaign starts on August 20, 2025 and ends on November 30, 2025. But we’ll have to wait until early 2026, just in time for the launch of the expansion, possibly during CES in Las Vegas, to see the final result

MSI x World of Warcraft: towards a collector’s RTX or a series RTX?
We can therefore hope that this card will be an RTX 50 Super. However, there’s no guarantee that this will be a mass-market version. Previous operations have been carried out on a very limited volume of products. Most of the time, they were only produced for media or influencer operations.
The Souls of the World Saga continues with World of Warcraft: Midnight, the second in a trilogy of expansions. Initiated by the previous expansion, The War Within, this storyline will allow World of Warcraft enthusiasts to resume their adventures later this year.
In fact, the trailer unveiled at Gamescom corresponds to the full opening cinematic. What’s more, Blizzard has always excelled in creating cinematics of exceptional quality, which deserve to be seen even if you don’t play the game in question.
Available soon for pre-order, World of Warcraft: Midnight will offer the Basic Edition for $50, the Heroic Edition for $70, and the Epic Edition for $90. For the official release, we’ll have to wait until the very end of the year.
